Course Information
Our Sports First Aid course is suitable for coaches, players, and parents involved in any sports team. It focuses on applying first aid knowledge to sport-specific scenarios, with practical, pitch-side simulations to ensure participants are confident and capable in real-life situations.
Participants will learn to:
• Understand the principles of first response
• Provide essential first aid until qualified medical help arrives
• Respond effectively to emergencies
• Perform life-saving interventions Course Content Includes:
• CPR & AED for cardiac emergencies
• Incident and accident management
• Treatment of wounds, fractures, and soft tissue injuries
• Managing medical emergencies such as diabetes, epilepsy, and asthma
