Every employer must identify and assess workplace hazards and this includes fire risks.
Sensible Safety Ltd will complete a Fire Risk Assessment of your premises ensuring that you safeguard your employees, visitor and contractors. As part of this risk assessment Sensible Safety Ltd will ensure compliance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, Fire Services Act 1981 & 2003 and all relevant legislation.
During the risk assessment the work area layout and the characteristics of specific tasks carried out in the work area will be assessed. The risk assessment will also include the identification of fire hazards, review of existing fire documentation and review of emergency escape routes.
All findings and recommendations of the fire risk assessment will be communicated to all involved and any particular concerns will be addressed.
